One of my wishes came true. I am not very optimistic about his successor, but I don't think that anyone could be worse (except maybe Alberto Gonzales). Ashcroft has no regard for the Bill of Rights or civil liberties and the country will be better off with him gone from the Justice Department. Now if only we can get rid of his USA PATRIOT Act I'd be even happier.Good riddance Brother Ashcroft!
